Watercolor illustration of a Golden-Crowned Kinglet. I saw my first kinglet while taking a walk in my local nature preserve, and I was absolutely delighted with the adorable puff ball. I knew I had to paint him. The original painting was circular, but I've created square prints that are 8x8 in size for greater ease of framing. This size works great in square 12x12 frames that are matted to 8x8.
